San Antonio Spurs are showing signs of life as they claim victory versus New York Knicks on the road, stealing Game 3 at Madison Square Garden. The Spurs made themselves known early in the game, finishing the first quarter leading 22-33. Then, the Knicks responded heavily by gaining the lead finishing a 42-24 run in second quarter. Knicks leading 64-57 at halftime. In the second-half Spurs took back control of the score, ending the game 111-115.

It was a clash of titans between Victor Wembanyama and Jalen Brunson as they both scored 32 points for their teams. Wembanyama added 8 rebounds and 6 assists, while on the other hand Brunson put up 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Spurs saw 6 of their players in double figures. Stephon Castle stood out with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. For the Knicks, OG Anunoby had 28 points and 5 rebounds, while Karl Anthony Towns was massive on the defensive end with 5 stocks (3 steals & 2 blocks) and 8 rebounds, though he didn't score in the same volume as in the previous Final Games, as he had 11 points.

Even if De'Aaron Fox's shot was cold throughout most of the game he answered when it really mattered. He was 0-of-5 from the 3-point line and 4-of-14 in total field goals. So what? With the game on the line, he silenced the Madison Square Garden. While the Spurs were only 3 points ahead, Fox made the decisive play and sank the pull-up jumper with 12 seconds left, killing the Knicks fans' hopes who saw their first Finals Home game since 1999.

The road team has now won all three games of this series, a rare phenomenon last seen in the 1993 NBA Finals. The Knicks still hold the 2-1 advantage and home-court control, but the momentum has officially shifted, according to The Guardian.
